Meet the team
Jesse – Owner and Operator
Jesse started JWF Contractors in 2022 and runs the business day-to-day. He's the one you'll deal with from the first phone call through to handover, and he's on site for every job.
He's been on tools since his early teens, starting in his dad's workshop building caravans and motorhomes, and later trained as a heavy diesel mechanic. That background means he thinks about precision, attention-to-detail, and doing things properly the first time around.
What motivates Jesse is providing a quality service at a fair price that both he and the client will be proud of years down the track.
Stephen - Co-founder and operator
Stephen co-founded JWF Contractors with Jesse in 2022 and supports the business where needed. He’s worked for large civil and earthmoving organisations, so he brings a steady, practical approach to planning and quality checks.
Stephen’s focused on making sure jobs run smoothly and get finished to a standard he’s happy to put his name on.
